Catholic Theological Union (CTU) is a non-profit graduate school of theology and ministry located in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago. We are searching for a qualified Manager of Administrative Services, Events and Student Life.
The Manager of Administrative Service, Events and Student Life reports directly to the Vice President for Finance and Operations (VPFO). The position will manage the coordination and execution of all internal and external events, including the coordination and scheduling of Board Committee meetings staffed by the VPFO. The position will manage and lead all aspects of student residential life for students living in CTU’s residence building and any other student living accommodations provided by CTU, as well as CTU’s guest housing, parking, and rental programs. This position will collaborate with the Vice President for Finance and Operations (VPFO) in preparing and monitoring budgets for events, parking, conferences, rentals, and student resident life.
CTU is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and creative person with exceptional organization skills who possesses a strong commitment to outstanding customer service and positive interactions. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience in Higher Education setting preferred with proven experience in management or related fields.
