Position Summary:

Plans and leads operational, outreach, and promotional activities of a research program, performs research, serves as a subject matter expert, and helps to prepare the results for presentation to broad audiences or for scholarly publications to help advance translational research and uptake.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

PhD required. Population Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, or health sciences field preferred.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

At least two years of successful and relevant experience in applied research, statistics, and analytics.

Familiarity with a variety of research methods and experience with statistical analysis software (including Excel and SAS or SPSS).

Comprehensive understanding and ability to critically evaluate the population health, health disparities, and health equity literature.

Successful candidates will be detail oriented, have strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills and demonstrable experience conducting quantitative research and/or quality assurance analytics.

Preferred experience with managing complex projects and teams, including supervisory responsibilities

Candidates should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
