Assistant Professor, English
Gannon University's College of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences invites applications for a 9-month, Tenure Track, Assistant Professor in English. Requirements include a Master of Fine Arts with a creative writing specialization or a Ph.D. with a creative writing specialization. Experience teaching first-year writing is essential, and skills in technology are highly desirable. The successful candidate will teach primarily liberal core courses, both in first-year writing and in literature, with additional courses in Creative Writing at the undergraduate level. Candidates must be able to support and promote the University's inclusive Mission, its Catholic identity, and its liberal arts and professional education traditions.
