Job Title Assistant Professor in Marketing Rank Assistant Professor Tenure Information Tenure Track Job Description

The Department of Marketing in the School of Business at Providence College is seeking a full-time, tenure-track faculty at the assistant professor rank commencing August 1, 2021, candidates with ability to teach digital marketing preferred.

As our student body grows increasingly diverse, experience and commitment to teaching and mentoring students from a range of economic, social, and cultural backgrounds is preferred.

The Providence College School of Business is an AACSB -accredited, fast-growing, innovative institution of higher learning committed to faculty and student excellence. The ideal candidate for this position will be committed to high quality teaching, student advising, research, and service. A successful candidate will be expected to conduct scholarly research in his/her area of concentration consistent with the standards of AACSB, and engage in service activities for the School and the College.

Essential Duties

The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate marketing courses.

Education and Experience Required

A Ph.D. or D.B.A. in marketing or a closely related field, preferably from an AACSB -accredited institution, is required. ABD’s with anticipated completion at the time of appointment will also be considered.
