Under general supervision implementing and maintain degree audits and course transfer and portal. Trains end users in use of Degree Works and EAB transfer portal related to department requirements and regulations. Serves as a member of the Registrar and Enrollment Management Team.

Essential Duties Summary

• Maintains degree records in Banner.
• Responsible for maintaining core substitutions and posting in Degree Works.
• Responsible for Degree Audits and award completion. Works with academic areas.
• Responsible for overseeing Transcript Evaluation Team.
• Responsible for ordering and distributing college diplomas.
• Manages and trains support staff.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.



Hiring Range $73,417.00 - $91,771.00 Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or higher.

Master’s degree preferred.
