The Department of Statistical Science of Temple University, housed in the Fox School of Business, seeks dynamic and innovative faculty who have a record of teaching excellence at the collegiate level to teach graduate and undergraduate courses in statistics, data science, data analytics or a closely related field along with possible service/committee assignments. Teaching responsibilities include introductory as well as advanced level statistics courses, visualization, and data mining. A Ph.D. or foreign equivalent in statistics, data science, data analytics or a closely related field by September 1, 2021 is preferred, but those who have a master's degree and are well-qualified to design and teach courses in one or more courses in statistics, data analytics, or a closely related field based on significant industry or teaching experience may be considered.
