Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Buildings/Grounds Supervisor, this position participates in and leads facility staff personnel involved with grounds operations. This work encompasses lead work responsibility for vehicle diagnostics and repairs for UW grounds equipment. Work also includes, but is not limited to construction of concrete floors, foundations, steps, sidewalk, retaining walls, curbs, structures and large blacktop construction projects during repair of streets, paths, and parking lots. This position also coordinates project activities with customers and building trades to insure timely completion.
