Reporting to the Communications Leader you will join a team of passionate staff who are playing their part in making sure that we are here for good.
On a typical day in this role you will:
- Manage, maintain and produce content for Torrens University Australia, Think Education and the Media Design School
- Develop, design, write and repurpose engaging communications content for multiple channels including digital platforms (including website, student hub, social media, blogs, feature articles and videos), communications (including Electronic Direct Mail, emails, letters, testimonials, and SMS) plus print publication.
- Support key stakeholders focused on the delivery of communications and engagement services to internal and external stakeholders by advising on and ensuring distribution of key communications related to campaigns, administration, academic studies student experience, and graduation.
- Develop, execute communications and engagement campaigns in digital, social media, publications and events – actively using reporting, analysis and insight to optimise outcomes.
- Experience with student communications is preferred
- Strong communication, campaign execution, and project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in managing content management systems, social media, events
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and audiences
- Excellent content writing (incl. copy/feature writing) skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a wider highly collaborative team
- Experience with reporting, analysis and insights
- Ability to think creatively and bring innovation
- Experience with implementing organisational strategy
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Committed and passionate about making a difference
This is a Fixed Term 12 month contract position based anywhere in Australia including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or remote.
