Job Summary/Basic Function
Works directly with Dean to ensure effectiveness and productivity in curriculum, active course sections, assessment of faculty, programs, courses and procedures, Plans for and executes future programs and projects, Monitors quality of all levels, working with other team members ( FSC, IMs, GSAs, all Adjuncts and Residential Faculty, Advising, Registrar, CAD ) to meet the needs of online faculty members and students, Handles communications, appeals and difficult situations on daily basis, Training and course placement of new online faculty, Supervision of IMs, Online and Residential faculty, textbook inventory, faculty assignments, and active course sections, Designs courses and instructs to remain personally involved in education area.
Minimum Qualifications
Earned doctorate with 18 graduate hours in a School of Business discipline or Business related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching experience at the university level. Knowledge of assessment and accreditation processes. Ability to work with a diverse population of faculty and students.
