Position Summary:

The Clinical Research Study Coordinator, works within the UW-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health and is a member of the clinical trials team in the Department of Human Oncology. The Study Coordinator will participate in the daily management of research subjects enrolled in clinical trials. They will also be responsible for administrative management of clinical trials research activity for the Department of Human Oncology.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in science or health-related field.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Required Experience:
- One (1) years experience working in an administrative setting.
- Experience using Microsoft Office software.
- Experience managing multiple projects at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience:
- Clinical research experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations.

Desired Attributes:
- Ability to work independently and to problem-solve.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Team player.

Prefix determined by years of relevant work experience. A minimum of seven years' of relevant work experience is required for appointment at the senior level.
