The University of Maine at Augusta is interested in expanding
its pool of qualified part-time Cybersecurity and
Computer Information Systems
instructors. Duties and responsibilities
include, but are not limited to, teaching courses at the
undergraduate level in the following areas: Principles of
Information Security, Network Security, Governance and Policies,
Compliance and Auditing, and Basics of
Computing. Interested candidates should visit the

2021 semester; however, positions may or may not be immediately
available.
Salary: Salary is commensurate with
qualifications and previous college teaching experience, in
accordance with the PATFA contract.
Required Qualifications: A minimum of a
Master's degree and one year of practical experience are required.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to engage
students in active learning, include industry experiences into the
curriculum, and integrate technology into the classroom.
Preferred Qualifications: Current
Cybersecurity and Information Technology industry
certifications.
