Position Summary:

This is a great job opening for someone with experience in molecular biology and/or bioinformatics. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in biological science concepts and have some experience in writing scripts to automate workflows (experience with Python is preferred), and will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and communicating experimental results. Applicants with relevant laboratory experience generating and analyzing large DNA sequencing datasets strongly preferred.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Degree requirements: B.S. in a biological science required.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

A degree in biology and experience with computational analysis of laboratory data is required. Prefix assignment determined by years of relevant work experience.

License or Certificate:

Biosafety training is required and can be completed upon hire.
