This is a full-time position which will represent the university to prospective students and their families and assist the Admissions team in reaching recruitment goals.

  • Counsel, advise and recruit students from a wide range of cultural backgrounds
  • Represent the university in a positive and professional manner to individuals and groups
  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with diverse students and families in a manner that affirms the worth and preserves the dignity of individuals, families and communities
  • Partner in the development of recruitment goals, plans and strategies and collaborate with team members to drive success
  • Develop new and innovative strategies and programs for attracting students with the academic credentials and socioeconomic characteristics the University seeks to enroll
  • Coordinate and execute group campus visit programs and presentations
  • Manage a specific geographic territory and achieve recruitment goals
  • This position requires travel and occasional work hours during the evenings and weekends

Required Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience conducting small and large group presentations
  • Current and valid driver’s license with approved motor vehicle record
