Admissionin theCollege for Women. This is a full-time
position which will represent the university to prospective
students and their families and assist the Admissions team in
reaching recruitment goals.
Founded in 1905, St. Catherine University offers the broadest range
of academic programs and degrees among Minnesota’s private colleges

healthcare. The University enrolls approximately 5,000 students on
two campuses and offers associate, baccalaureate and graduate

Responsibilities:
- Counsel, advise and recruit students from a wide range of
cultural backgrounds
- Represent the university in a positive and professional manner
to individuals and groups
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with diverse students
and families in a manner that affirms the worth and preserves the
dignity of individuals, families and communities
- Partner in the development of recruitment goals, plans and
strategies and collaborate with team members to drive
success
- Develop new and innovative strategies and programs for
attracting students with the academic credentials and socioeconomic
characteristics the University seeks to enroll
- Coordinate and execute group campus visit programs and
presentations
- Manage a specific geographic territory and achieve recruitment
goals
- This position requires travel and occasional work hours during
the evenings and weekends
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience conducting small and large group
presentations
- Current and valid driver’s license with approved motor vehicle record
Preferred qualifications:
- Admissions experience
