To provide support to the administrative operation of the Children’s Center through on-site work and off-site/remote work.

This position is a term appointment, beginning on or after November 9th and ending no later than June 30th.

Education/Skills Requirements

Required: High School Diploma or GED .
Applicants must possess strong organizational skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel and have prior website management (Prefer Cascade). Applicants must be able to accomplish work with frequent interruptions; have good interpersonal and communication skills, and some basic accounting or book keeping skills

Experience Requirements and/or Equivalents

A minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience in a busy office environment is required. This position is subject to a criminal history background and fingerprint checks.

Standard Work Days and Hours

three days/week, up to 20 hours. There is a possibility that a portion of this work could be completed remotely.
