Job Description:

Coordinates and implements enrollment and follow-up procedures to collect data from patient charts, medical records, interviews, questionnaires, and other sources. Cross-trains as backup on other studies as assigned.

Responsible for assisting in the interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures as they apply to assigned areas of responsibility. May recommend changes on policy/procedures as necessary. Coordinates special studies or projects as directed.

Actively recruits and screen eligible patients for research protocols. Completes Informed Consent quality assurance assignments as needed.

Maintains contact with study patients to facilitate study retention and their care, including communication regarding study requirements, coordinates drug dispensing with Research Pharmacist, and other procedures, treatment, etc.

Assists with study finances including sponsor invoicing and resolving study subject billing.

Expected Salary:

$38,900 to $50,000 depending on education and experience.



Pay Range Based on Market:

(Annualized)



Lower reference point: $38,900 Midpoint: $50,500 Upper Reference point: $62,100

Minimum Requirements:

Associate's degree or an allied health professional degree in an appropriate area and one year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Florida Licensed with 1 year Research experience.
• Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization.
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience Clinical Research Certification, or acquired within 2 years of hire.
• Two years prior experience with clinical trials, including HIV/AIDS.
