Position Summary:
The Manager, Structural Maintenance plans, organizes, initiates, and directs the maintenance and repair of university buildings including, but not limited to Roofs , Sidewalks, Carpentry, Painting, Floor Coverings, Locks, Doors and Windows . Manages the Facilities Management Shops related to these duties including Carpentry, Housing Maintenance, Lock, Glass and Paint. Is responsible for compliance and communication relative to regulatory matters pertaining to the above areas.


Minimum Education:
Certification or graduation from a four (4) year college or university.

• Five years of related experience

• Carpentry and Building/Renovation
• Leadership
• CMMS such as TMA
