Job Summary
Provide complex office assistance to an administrative head in the operation of the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology.

Responsibilities
  • Perform related duties as assigned to support the mission of the University
  • Assist with the administration of the department
  • May supervise the performance of routine operational tasks
  • Provide administrative support for departmental scheduling, hiring/personnel processing, maintaining office budgets/processing expenditures
  • Record maintenance
  • Process travel paperwork
  • Provide service for students and faculty
  • Provide general administrative support to the administrative head of the unit

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience
  • Three (3) or more years of related work experience

Proposed Salary
$30,900 - $32,098

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure information sensitive in nature
  • Ability to work well collaboratively and independently
  • Proficient with computers and computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Google and e-mail
