The Department of Psychology at Wayne State University invites
applications for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor
position in Social-Personality Psychology beginning in August 2021.
Candidates should have completed their Ph.D. by the time of the
appointment. We are especially interested in applicants with a
research program in interpersonal relations and group processes
whose research focuses on stereotypes, prejudice, and
discrimination, OR judgement and decision-making including but not
limited to attributions, attitude formation and change and/or
cultural variations in these processes.
The successful applicant is expected to establish and maintain a
productive and extramurally funded research program, teach
undergraduate and graduate courses, and mentor undergraduate and
graduate students.
We anticipate review of applications will begin on November 1, 2020
and will continue until the position is filled. Applicants should
