The Department of Psychology at Wayne State University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor position in Social-Personality Psychology beginning in August 2021. Candidates should have completed their Ph.D. by the time of the appointment. We are especially interested in applicants with a research program in interpersonal relations and group processes whose research focuses on stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination, OR judgement and decision-making including but not limited to attributions, attitude formation and change and/or cultural variations in these processes.


The successful applicant is expected to establish and maintain a productive and extramurally funded research program, teach undergraduate and graduate courses, and mentor undergraduate and graduate students.
