Position Summary:

This position provides coordination and support for the Lincoln Ramirez Neurosurgery Skills Laboratory, Fellowships and courses. Position is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and flow of work with specified tasks, monitoring accurate completion and timely deadlines. General direction will come from the Neurosurgery Skills Laboratory faculty director, faculty course directors and supervisor.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

-Bachelor's degree required, preferably in biological sciences or related field.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

-Two or more years in experience in managing a laboratory preferred.
-Experience in animal or cadaver anatomical research is preferred.

-Exceptional customer service orientation (welcoming and responsive to staff requests, deadline oriented, motivated to produce high quality work).
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and effectively under general supervision; exercising judgment, taking initiative, coordinating with others, and seeking solutions to problems.
-Flexibility to accommodate frequent changing priorities in an ever-changing environment.

-Title prefix and salary will be dependent on relevant years of experience.
