Position Summary:

The Department of Urology at the School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH) is seeking an individual to provide day-to-day operational support to Dr. Kristina Penniston, PI and Co-Investigator of U24 Urology Interactions Core.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Desired specialization may include communications, business or project management, or secretarial science.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong writing and oral communication skills
Excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills
Strong organizational and management abilities
Good time management and attention to detail

Preferred:
WordPress or similar website content management software
Experience with newsletter production
Experience as an events coordinator
Experience with scientific writing
