West Virginia University Medicine at Reynolds Memorial Hospital seeks a pediatrician physician. The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Glendale, WV.

Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the areas of general pediatrics and will provide comprehensive patient care to patients and establish preventive health practices for patients. Also, treats or delegates treatment of all patients and refers them for appropriate care.

Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible to obtain a WV medical license. Successful candidate must have completed a Pediatric residency program. Successful candidates must be board certified / eligible in Pediatrics. Candidates who are not board certified / board eligible and who possess extraordinary ability and demonstrated track record may be considered at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

Glen Dale is a small town in the Wheeling metropolitan area where you can experience the arts, entertainment, and many outdoor activities. It is also within close driving distance of Pittsburgh, PA, Columbus, OH, and Morgantown, WV, the location of our flagship teaching hospital, Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Reynolds is a nonprofit, acute-care community hospital located in Glen Dale, WV. We are governed by a 13-member volunteer board of directors and licensed for 90-beds including a 24 bed psychiatric unit and 9 bed labor and deliver unit. Memorial Hospital is licensed by the WV State Health Department and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The hospital is a member of the Voluntary Hospital Association, Inc., the American Hospital Association and the WV Hospital Association.
