The Associate Director of Analytics and Data Administration is responsible for providing support to programs and processes related to procurement, e-procurement and supplier management.

Provide analytical and general support to procurement staff, using data and software tools, for all strategic procurement to include, but not limited to, bid evaluation, supplier selection and price negotiations.

Lead the development of the overall strategy for leveraging procurement best practices, e-procurement tools and market knowledge for procurement department, including benchmarking, auction, contract, and project management capability.

Collaborate with the Chief Procurement Officer with performing long-range planning for spend management to include conducting business case studies, total cost of ownership studies, and possible collaborative studies with other higher education consortia.

Manage the web-site presence for the department to include links, data navigation, announcements or other forms of communication for the university and vendor community.

Provide statistical analytics for supplier contract compliance by studying contract pricing against invoices.

Manage databases and reports for various categories within procurement to include minority spend, p-card spend, etc.

Other duties and tasks as signed related to strategic procurement analytics and data administration.

Bachelor's Degree
5 years experience providing in analytics, eProcurement systems, and data analysis support in a strategic procurement environment.

Solid knowledge of core strategic sourcing and procurement fundamentals
eProcurement platforms and systems
Analytics software (Microsoft Access, Tableau, etc.)
Strong office software skills including spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software.
Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Demonstrated ability to collaborate
