Tenure-track positions:

Assistant or Associate Professor (untenured):

Professor with tenure:

  • Finance
  • Marketing, Behavioral
  • Organizational Behavior

Tenure-track Requirements:

A Ph.D. or Ph.D. equivalent is required for all positions. Assistant-level applicants may be in the final stages of dissertation and must earn the degree within one semester of the beginning of the appointment. Applicants applying as Professor with tenure must have a significant amount of prior experience, preferably at a business school, and an extensive publication record. All candidates will be expected to conduct high-quality research appropriate for their rank, teach graduate- and/or PhD-level courses, and advise and mentor students. All positions are full-time and located at the Yale School of Management in New Haven, Connecticut. Appointments will begin in the 2021-2022 fiscal year, starting on July 1, 2021.

Non-Tenure track positions:

  • Part-time faculty in all fields, including Accounting, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Marketing, Operations Management, Organizational Behavior, and Sustainability.

Non-Tenure-track Requirements:

Applicants must show demonstrated expertise in the selected content area. A Ph.D. is preferred but not required unless specifically stated in the job posting. Work will occur at the Yale School of Management in New Haven, Connecticut during in the 2021-2022 fiscal year, with the possibility for appointment in the Fall 2021 or Spring 2022 semester or both, depending upon the course(s) being taught.
