Description

The School of Information at The University of Texas at Austin invites applications for non-tenure track positions in Information Studies. We seek candidates with excellent teaching abilities, relevant experience and a commitment to fostering a challenging but nurturing learning environment. The School of Information is ranked 6th in the nation among accredited programs in Library and Information Studies, #1 in the nation in the area of archives and preservation, and #3 in legal librarianship. With over 20 faculty and lecturers, the School is home to approximately 300 graduate students and is an active member of the emerging information schools caucus.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a graduate degree and have at least two years of professional experience in a field relevant to the subject(s) in which they teach.
