Project Coordinator - Teach Dual Credit

The University of Indianapolis is accepting applications for a Project Coordinator in the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL). This full-time, exempt staff position will assist the Director of Strategic Initiatives with the day-to-day operations of Teach Dual Credit as well as other CELL initiatives. These responsibilities include: database management, survey development and reporting, website updates and maintenance, coordination of social media, and frequent communication with K-12 teachers and administrators as well as higher education representatives. This position may include presentations to teachers and school administrators which includes representing Teach Dual Credit at various conferences and meetings.


  • Communicate with teachers and higher education officials participating in program
  • Manage database system
  • Maintain Excel files
  • Survey development and reporting
  • Assist with grant reports
  • Prepare and manage display tables at various conferences
  • Prepare written materials and mailings as needed
  • Serve as campus liaison for University of Indianapolis for Teach Dual Credit
  • Monitor all CELL social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook)
  • Manage communications and distribution lists through mail serves
  • Monitor and update website
  • Lead presentations to teachers and school administrators


  • At least two years of relevant job experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (possible majors may include: Journalism, Communications, Business, or Education)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suites, Word Press, as well as Microsoft Suite, primarily Excel, and Google Suite required
  • Knowledge of managing social media accounts required
  • Experience with project management required
  • Background or knowledge in K-12 education preferred, but not required
  • Indiana Teachers License preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team required
  • Strong written communication skills required
  • Strong presentation skills required
