Position Overview: The Girard School of Business at Merrimack College is seeking applicants for the position of Adjunct Lecturer in Management for multiple undergraduate and graduate level courses for Spring 2021 and future semesters. All applicants will be teaching in dual modality - teaching some students face to face and some simultaneously online via Zoom. Unless specified, all applicants must be available to teach in person. The Spring 2021 semester runs February 1st, 2021 until May 12th, 2020. We are seeking adjunct lecturers in management for the following courses:

• BUS2210 Management Information Systems

• BUS2213 Business Statistics

• BUS2220 Operations Management

• BUS4402W Strategic Analysis and Decision Making

• MGT3325 Ethics and Social Responsibility

• GMGT5220 Responsibility & Integrity

• MGT5420 Aligning Strategy, People and Performance

Qualifications: Master’s degree in business or related area, Ph.D. preferred. College teaching experience preferred, although related work experience may be considered.

Undergraduate courses are taught Monday/Wednesday/Friday between 8:00 AM - 3:15 PM in one hour and 15-minute meeting increments; Tuesday/Thursday between 8:00AM and 6:00PM in one hour and 50-minute meeting increments; Monday/Wednesday between 3:30PM and 5:20PM. We offer occasional evening classes starting at 6:00 PM for one hour and 50 minutes twice a week. Online graduate courses are a combination of synchronous and asynchronous teaching. Synchronous live sessions are held in the evening once a week.
