The Associate Dean of Research is a full-time, 12-month position.  Qualified candidates must hold a terminal degree in Architecture, Art, Interior Design, Building Construction Science or a closely related field; have an established research/creative activity portfolio; possess strong interpersonal skills, university teaching; administrative experience in research or academic affairs; demonstrate a commitment to the ideals of affirmative action, cultural diversity, and international education; hold the rank of Associate Professor with tenure or higher.  Candidates who hold the rank of Professor or experience equivalent to that rank and have prior experience in administrative roles are encouraged to apply.

All applicants must apply online at http://explore.msujobs.msstate.edu and attach a cover letter, current resume or curriculum vitae, portfolio of research and/or creative activity, and the complete contact information for at least three professional references.  Review of candidates will begin February 15, 2021.  All applications received prior to that date will be given full consideration.
