Founded in 1971 and located on a 32-acre campus in Little Rock, Arkansas, Pulaski Academy is a coeducational college preparatory day school enrolling 1,232 students. PA embraces all faiths, races, and cultures and occupies a unique space in Little Rock as the only preschool through 12th independent, non-sectarian school.
Across all disciplines, the school balances traditional education content with media literacy and the development of critical 21st Century skills, embracing the most progressive and innovative approaches in education. From the youngest learners in the Reggio Emilia-inspired “Cubs” program to college- bound graduating Seniors, PA students and faculty prioritize critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, creativity, and cross-cultural understanding.
The next President of Pulaski Academy will be a creative, innovative leader with a deep understanding of independent schools, strong communication skills, and a commitment to promoting Pulaski Academy to the Little Rock community and the region.

- A substantive record of visionary and innovative leadership
- A record of sound financial management
- A record of leading a company, school, or program to prominence
- Substantive fundraising experience
- Experience developing an effective and responsive internal leadership structure
- A love for and understanding of Independent Schools
