Job Summary

Coordinates the university wide curriculum process and the creation and maintenance of the academic bulletin. Represents Office of the Registrar in all curriculum related projects and committees. Position will work to streamline workflow required to create, revise, and maintain all programs and courses at Auburn.

Essential Functions

-Coordinates CIM and Catalog process for OTR
-Maintains roles, workflows, and faculty database
-Responds to inquiries regarding curricular process and procedures
-Builds new programs in Bulletin
-Ensures data integrity between CIM and Banner and resolves any sync issues
-Works with vendor on software upgrades
-Prepares correspondence relative to submission of curriculum materials necessary for publication of Bulletin

Level II requires a Bachelor’s degree in discipline appropriate to position plus 2 years experience in a higher education institution practices and procedures, writing and editing communications/ publications and/or in journalism and database maintenance and support.

Minimum Skills and Abilities

Ability to communicate effectively to faculty, students and staff
Ability to technically understand CIM, CourseLeaf and Banner
Ability to learn the business functions of the OTR

Minimum Technology Skills

Entry level knowledge of database structures
Ability to learn Banner or have some prior Banner experience
Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Access)

Minimum License and Certifications

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor Degree
2 years of Higher Education Experience
Banner Experience

Experience using curriculum management software such as CIM or CourseLeaf is beneficial.

Salary Range

$31,300 - $58,400
