Job Description:

Lesley seeks a Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst, who will lead and execute a robust HRIS strategy that leverages Human Resources systems and operational processes to fulfill organizational objectives and provide the best experience for Lesley employees.

The selected individual, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, will provide daily support and maintenance of the ADP Next Gen system, the University's HRIS; ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records and data; lead the implementation of new HR systems and enhancements to current systems; improve HR-related processes; develop HR related reports to assist University leadership in making data-driven informed decisions; provide an audit function to support employee self-service and HR data entry with the objective of ensuring data integrity; and develop and deliver system trainings for employees.


Requirements:

The successful candidate will have at least three years' prior experience in the implementation, development, and support of HR systems, including Core HCM, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, or Reporting/Analytics; possess strong organizational skills and able to plan, prioritize and organize project work, at times with competing priorities; demonstrated experience and skills to quickly learn new systems and applications; strong attention to detail; a team orientated approach; and have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and Information Systems, Information Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or other related field.
