Job Summary
The ERP Analyst will develop requirements and specifications according to project and IT standards. Using conversational language, collaborate with subject matter experts and developers to establish the business and technical direction, analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs of College ERP system. Support of Core Business Units: Student Systems, Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and other operations supporting the College’s ERP system. This position reports to the Director of Application Development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assesses and presents solutions through use of ERP systems
• Understands and documents ERP integrated systems
• Initiates and leads ERP related projects and provide day to day support
• Gathers and documents business requirements as needed
• Researches, designs, and develops ERP operational reports and programs
• Collaborates with various TCCD business units to facilitate implementation of new or improved functionality and reporting
• Interacts with application development staff to coordinate implementation of newly created functions and reports
• Identifies and resolves systems issues using ERP solutions
• Leads and analyzes design sessions in prototyping new systems to enhance business processes, operations and information process flows
• Maintains current knowledge and understanding of ERP applications and computer hardware operating systems
• Assists users in resolving problems and answer questions with minimal supervision
• Interprets users’ problems and respond with solutions
• Interacts with IT Management and staff, other departments outside IT, vendors, and consultants working on daily operations or ERP problems
• Performs database inquires and audits to verify system integrity
• Conducts in-depth tests for modified and new system or applications
• Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
• Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College ( TCC )
• Supports the values of the College: diversity, teaching excellence, student success, innovation and creativity and service to the College
• Supports the mission, values and 3 goals and 8 principles of the College

Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensures
• Associate degree from a regionally accredited college or university
• Two (2) years working in Higher Education ERP systems or equivalent experience
Desired Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensures
• Experience with large ERP system implementation
• Experience working in an Ellucian Colleague environment
• Experience working with Business Intelligence Reporting tools
