PRINCETON UNIVERSITY, Princeton, NJ. The Department of Philosophy invites applications for the Desai Family Postdoctoral Research Associate. Successful candidates will pursue research and teach one course per semester, subject to sufficient enrollments and the approval of the Dean of the Faculty. The initial appointment is for one year with the possibility of renewal for a second year pending satisfactory performance. Appointments will be made to the rank of Postdoctoral Research Associate; when teaching, the candidate will hold the secondary rank of Lecturer.

Qualifications: Successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in philosophy or a related field and should not have held the degree for more than three years prior to September 1, 2021. The department welcomes applications from scholars specializing in any area of philosophy. This position is subject to the university background check policy.
