As theStudent Accounts Advisor, you will provide high quality, customer-focused student administration and inquiry management with regards to student finances. This role is customer facing and spans the total student lifecycle – from admissions, to student graduation, consistently delivering exceptional service quality.

On a typical day in this role you will:

  • Respond to all student finance enquiries and coordinate all aspects of student fees
  • Coordinate debt collection activities and follow through to achieve outcomes
  • Develop, implement and improve processes - particularly withdrawals/deferrals and their student impact
  • Assist in administering FEE-HELP related queries and reconcile international student deposits
  • Ensure compliance with government and organisational requirements, financial frameworks and policies

  • This is aFull-time Permanentposition based at Pyrmont and Kent Street Campus in Sydney.

    Who are you?
    To be successful in theStudent Accounts Advisorposition you will have:

  • Experience in Student or Customer Service and Engagement in the education or related sector.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised and to organise and prioritise workload
  • A high level of integrity, proactive, reliable with attention to detail
  • The ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or previous work experience within an education environment is highly desirable but not essential.
