SIS Curriculum Data Officer

The Opportunity

Reporting to Lauren the SIS Curriculum Lead you will join a team of passionate staff who are playing their part in making sure that we are Here for Good.

This role will also support the SIS Curriculum Lead to build and maintain strong customer relations, understand customer needs to ascertain requirements and ensure quality delivery of solutions.

On a typical day in this role you will:

• Assist with SIS configuration in relation to the LANZ Course Curriculum catalogue.
• Ensure all Master Data is accurately recorded in SIS including all data related to Curriculum Catalogue and Intake Delivery.
• Assist with QA of existing courses and curriculum in SIS
• Work with the SIS Curriculum Lead to develop and maintain collaborative relationships, networks and partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to information flows regarding Course Curriculum catalogue and business processes.
• Work collaboratively with all business units through all phases of solution development and implementation.

This is a Permanent Full Time position based in Sydney

Who are you?
To be successful in the SIS Curriculum Data Officer position you will have:


• Understanding of HE or VET curriculum
• Experience working with Student Information Systems
• High attention to detail
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to work autonomously and with a team
