Assistant Professor - Human Cognitive Science
The Department of Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley seeks to fill a tenure-track, assistant professor position in the area of human cognitive science, with an expected start date of July 1, 2021.

Research interests may include but are not limited to memory, learning, reasoning, problem solving, perception, social cognition, decision-making, language, music, and individual differences in cognition, including dysfunction. Strong preference will be given to applicants who work on computational models of cognitive mechanisms using advanced statistical analyses of behavioral or physiological data. The department is particularly interested in research programs that make bridges to other areas within the Psychology Department as well as to other disciplines within cognitive science.

Basic Qualifications: Ph.D. or equivalent international degree, or enrolled in Ph.D. or equivalent international degree-granting program at the time of application.

Preferred Qualifications: Completion of the Ph.D. or equivalent international degree by the application date.
