Assistant or Associate Professor of Law, Business Organizations (9 mo-TT)
Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law invites individuals interested in serving in a Christian university environment to apply for two open faculty positions. These tenure-track faculty positions are nine-month appointments that will begin in August 2021 at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Preference will be given to applicants with expertise and teaching interests in business organizations, contracts, commercial law, and other aspects of transactional law.

Cumberland School of Law prides itself on its commitment to teaching and to ensuring not only the success of its students upon graduation but their recognition of the ethical obligations that flow from being an officer of the court and a servant of the community.
