NCU is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader who understands graduate, online learning, and is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The person in this leadership position reports to the Provost and is accountable for the strategic direction, coordination, and evaluation of the School. Responsibilities include developing and implementing academic and business strategies for the School of Business; establishing and maintaining productive relationships with external constituencies, including business and professional communities, accrediting bodies, regulatory agencies, and the alumni community; and leading the School team toward continuous quality improvement through a deep and authentic commitment to the Baldridge principles.
