The Opportunity

Reporting to the Program Director in Information Systems you will join a team of passionate staff who are playing their part in making sure that we are providing exceptional learning outcomes for our students.

You will prepare and deliver first-class, engaging academic courses that thoroughly explore the Business Information Systems discipline. In addition, you will provide continued academic support and be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for students.

With your passion for and established background in business analysis and information systems you will be an exceptional communicator to provide real life context to the students you teach.

On a typical day in this role you will:

  • Teach, through various media utilising appropriate technology, to deliver learning that is flexible, student-centred and meets learning outcomes
  • Contribute to teaching programs in a manner that influences, motivates, and inspires all levels of students to learn
  • Prepare and deliver learning and assessment materials on-line and face-to-face
  • Provide on-going assessment support for students to satisfactorily complete assessment tasks
  • Work effectively and support students from a multitude of nationalities and cultures


  • We are recruiting for multiple Full-time Ongoing positions based at our Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney campuses

    Who are you?
    To be successful in the Learning Facilitator position you will have:

  • Masters degree in a relevant discipline or significant demonstrated professional experience.
  • Significant knowledge of business information systems combined with a broad disciplinary background enabling contributions to teaching programs
  • Experience teaching business principles and practices in a tertiary setting
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake research and scholarship in the discipline
  • A drive for continuous improvement by contributing to subject reviews and course development
  • The ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced higher education institution and effectively meet new challenges as they arise
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and commitment to continuously strive for professional development
  • Ability to work competently and harmoniously with colleagues and students of all cultures and backgrounds
