Electrical and Computer Engineering Faculty Position (Tenure-track)

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) seeks applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty member, with preference at the assistant or associate professor level. In order to be considered for this position, a candidate must have a doctoral degree in electrical or computer engineering, or related discipline, and must have a strong dedication to undergraduate education. A candidate must possess a broad professional background in order to support and expand a wide variety of departmental foundation courses and sub-disciplinary elective offerings in electrical and computer engineering.

The appointment will begin August 1, 2021.  

VMI is a public, four-year undergraduate military college (1,700 students) located in the historic Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
