Position Summary:
The University of Wisconsin-Madison Collaborative for Reproductive Equity, or UW CORE, is a campus-wide initiative focused on reproductive health research, healthcare access and delivery, policy evaluation, and communication to address critical needs in reproductive health and healthcare in Wisconsin. The CORE Research Program Manager will provide critical intellectual, analytical, coordination, and support services to multiple CORE research projects.

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in public health, social science, public policy, public affairs, or a related field.
Preferred Education:
Master's degree in public health, social science, public policy, public affairs, or a related field.
Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:
Required Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience conducting quantitative and/or qualitative data collection, management, and analysis.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects at once.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lived or professional experience working with communities which experience health inequities.
Desired Attributes:
- Committed to the CORE values of autonomy, dignity, and equity.
- Desire to advance public health knowledge in Wisconsin.
- Team player.
Prefix assignment determined by years of relevant work experience.
Additional Information:
Requires a flexible schedule; some data collection may occur at night or weekends.
Position will require occasional travel in Wisconsin. Must provide own transportation or a valid drivers license and eligibility for Car Fleet usage.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring eligibility for employment in the United States on or before the effective date of the appointment.
