The VCU School of Education Educational Leadership department is seeking to hire a full-time Post Doctoral Fellow to assist in implementation of The CDC grant: Rigorously Evaluating Approaches to Prevent Perpetrated Child Sexual Abuse.

Required Qualifications

-Doctorate level degree
-In-depth and extensive knowledge of quantitative data analysis techniques, particularly experience with multi-level modeling
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Project management experience
-Program officer/leader experience
-Experience providing and/or evaluating programs with relation to gender issues
-Experience as member of research team
-Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU

Preferred Qualifications

-Publications accepted or in press on issues of diversity/culturally responsive educational practices, presentations at national research meetings, research team experience
