Foothill-De Anza Community College District is seeking a Librarian (Systems and Technology) at De Anza College in Cupertino, California who will develop and guide the implementation of a comprehensive plan for the library's systems, hardware, and software and manage the integrated library system and other related library systems and software tools. Will teach courses such as research methodology and related curriculum. Requirements are a Master's degree in Library Science, or library and information science, or the equivalent and in-depth knowledge of or experience demonstrating an understanding of the use of integrated library systems including administration, implementation, troubleshooting, and integration with other systems and programs; planning and implementing systems and technology initiatives; website design and maintenance, including knowledge of established and emerging web usability and accessibility heuristics; reference, library instruction and collection development; and library technical services functions including acquisitions, cataloging, and management of electronic resources.
