(Big Rapids, MI) The position reports to the Director of the School of Built Environment and works with the Architecture and Facility Management Program Coordinator and faculty in helping to deliver the Facility Management program.  The position is responsible for teaching facility management related courses with focus on project management, property development, facility assessment, operations and/or maintenance and architecture related courses with a focus on building technology, sustainable materials and systems.  The position also supports program activities with focus on the BS in Facility Management degree, academic advising, recruitment, maintenance of accreditation, curriculum development, internship coordination, internal university reporting and employer and alumni relations and engages with professional organizations associated with the practice of facility management and with the accreditation of facility management academic programs.  The position engages in activities relevant to university goals that serve the department, school, college, university and profession.

Applicants must have a PhD in Architecture, Facility Management, Construction Engineering and Management or closely related technical field.
