The Psychology Department at Stonehill College invites applicants for an assistant professor, tenure-track appointment in Clinical Psychology to begin July 2021. This person will join a department of ten full-time faculty with a wide range of disciplinary expertise and a commitment to fostering diversity among faculty and students.

We seek applicants who have completed a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and are committed to excellence in teaching, advising, and mentoring undergraduates in research. Teaching responsibilities will include teaching clinically relevant courses such as, but not limited to, abnormal psychology and introduction to clinical/counseling psychology, as well as a course in the candidate’s area of specialty. Additional responsibilities include developing and/or maintaining a research program. Special consideration will be given to applicants whose teaching and/or research focus on diversity and intersectionality. The Stonehill College Psychology Department is proud of its state of the art clinical and counseling research space and the successful candidate will be supported in developing an active research program that includes mentoring students.
