Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 502116), to commence as soon as possible for three years, with the possibility of renewal.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree preferably in Biological/Biomedical Sciences or a related discipline. Preference will be given to those with experience in cell culture, cellular/molecular biology, flow cytometry, animal studies, and cancer biology or cancer stem cell related research work. Applicants should also be self-motivated, organized and able to work independently as well as in a team; and have the ability to multi-task with attention to detail. The appointee will work under the supervision of Dr. Stephanie Ma on a collaborative research-based project relating to exploiting stemness as a cancer cell vulnerability. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
