Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow (4 posts) in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology (Ref: 502011), to commence as soon as possible for one year, subject to funding availability from the industry sponsorship.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines. They will work in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment that requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
The appointees will be involved in a project on developing a super-resolution bioimaging method from portable Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) to detailed MRI anatomy using machine learning. This research targets to open opportunities for a new reliable, fast, and economical alternative for timely diagnosis. The appointees will be provided with the opportunity on research training and to work with the project’s bioelectronics startup partner. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
