The Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law invites
applications for a part-time lecturer of Advanced Federal Income
Tax to begin January of 2021.

Qualifications
JD degree from an ABA accredited law school, and significant experience in tax law.
Responsibilities
Teach Advanced Federal Income Tax (2 credits) Law-7879.
This course is a continuation of the basic Federal Income Taxation
course. It includes federal income tax topics that are not
generally addressed in detail or at all in the basic course, such
as: in-depth coverage of tax accounting issues, taxation of
intellectual property, taxation within families, tax consequences
of litigation, alternative minimum tax, employee benefits and
deferred compensation, and the fundamentals of business entity
taxation and international taxation. This course is a core
requirement for the Taxation certificate.
