Summary

The Coordinator, Business Operations will provide direct administrative support to faculty by assisting with various duties, such as purchasing, Concur travel requests and expense reports, Concur PCARD reconciliations, check requests and reimbursements, etc. This position must be able to multi-task, have good verbal and written communication skills, and provide customer service.

Job Duties

• Coordinates purchasing and orders for faculty and their labs via shopping carts and purchase orders via SRM/SAP.
• Prepares and submits check requests and reimbursements through Concur.
• Reconciles monthly PCARDs and/or Corporate Cards via Concur.
• Coordinates and prepares travel requests; including travel expense reports and reimbursements.
• Coordinates any meetings, events, and incoming speakers (in-person or via Zoom).
• Assists faculty with hiring for their labs in collaboration with the MHG administrative team.
• Prepares monthly account reconciliations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.


Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP and/or Concur experience
  • Knowledge of pre-award and/or post award administration
