Job Summary

Teach college-level writing, including developmental writing.

Required Qualifications

-Master's Degree with at least 18 hours in Composition/Rhetoric or British or American Literature
-Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the mission of a comprehensive community college

Preferred Qualifications

-Background in developmental writing
-Experience teaching writing at the college level
-Familiarity and comfort teaching online using a Learning Management System (eg. Canvas)
-Teaching experience in a community college
-Professional writing experience
