Y-WE SURVIVE is an online research study dedicated to improving the health and adherence to follow-up care guidelines among women with a history of breast cancer and educating families impacted by breast cancer through social media platforms. We are looking to hire a research assistant to assist in the following areas:
-Assistance with managing virtual recruitment on (Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram)
- Assistance with the branding of online research study
-Developing targeted literature reviews in cancer-related topics
-Assistance with manuscript writing and preparation
- Assistance with updating IRB protocols to give background information regarding the significance, research questions, and research process
-Dissemination of research findings from research projects
-Development of local and national presentations in breast cancer-related topic area
-Data analysis of quantitative survey data
Required Qualifications
-Graduate or Undergrad level student
-Experience conducting a literature review and data analysis
-Experience in quantitative data analysis (Using Statistical software package SAS or equivalent)
Experience in qualitative data analysis preferred
-Knowledge and experience in preparing manuscripts and academic writing
Master’s Degree in Public Health or equivalent area preferred
